The Indian Society for Training and Development is a premier National institution devoted to the cause of human resource development with international affiliations. A Founder Member of the major HRD Network chains in the world, namely the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO), Geneva, and ARTDO International – Manila. It was established in April, 1970 as a non-profit Society registered under the Societies Registration act, 1860, It has large membership of institutions and persons involved in the training and development of human resources from Government, Public and Private sector organizations, institutions and other bodies.
